The burgers are unmatched! Melt in your mouth and a flavor explosion at the same time. I also love the retro community counter inside!

This shop has the best olives and cheese in the neighborhood. They also have the greatest spices. I come here to stock up on cheeses and hard-to-find foreign foods. Every December, I come to get freshly grated nutmeg and clove to make my annual winter gingersnaps.

This relatively new market actually has fantastic, organic produce and fresh herbs — even lemongrass! Really well-stocked and super friendly.

This is hands down the best bodega in Hell’s Kitchen. Everyone who works there is an absolute gem and the food there is always chef’s kiss.

This Greek bakery serves the most delicious tiropita: a flaky cheese pie made with ricotta, cream cheese, feta and a touch of mint. One cheese pie with a bowl of olives is my perfect lunch. I love that the business is so old school, they use an honest-to-god cash register. Poseidon has been in its 9th Avenue location since 1950, although the business started in 1923 — a true Hell’s Kitchen institution.

I love this place. In a sea of chain stores in Port Authority, this shop is an oasis of creativity. It’s filled with one-of-a-kind clothes and accessories from local designers. I always pop in to see an ever changing stock of unique pieces. I love that it’s in Port Authority.

Comfort food for 30 years! These days, I enjoy picking up spinach pie with greek salad and chicken wraps. Also wonderful for a quick meeting at any time – never rushed!

The authentic Mexican food and grocery spot is a gem buried in plain sight on 9th Ave. It’s family-run, so when you get your chicken soup on a sick day, don’t be surprised if one of the kids politely hands your order over.

I love the vibe at Mémé; it’s a beautiful space, the servers are really fun and friendly and the food is fresh and delicious.

Just go have the brisket curry. You can thank me later.
