Lincoln Center
Everything about Lincoln Center brings joy to my heart. I have so many wonderful memories there. Amazing people work here, the programming is world-class, and there always seems to be something happening that brings the community together. Whether it’s a play, concert, or ballet, I’ve never left disappointed. And in loving memory of our dear friend Ann Dineen, we’ll always cherish our Lincoln Center memories.

Lovely's Old Fashioned
Lovely’s double cheeseburger is the best burger in the hood and entire city
Jess Judd
Amy's Bread
Amy Scherber opened her bakery on 9th Avenue in 1992, when plenty of people doubted a small, hand-built business could make it in this part of the city. More than 30 years later it is still here, still turning out some of the best bread and pastry in the neighborhood, and still the kind of independent shop that gives Hell’s Kitchen its character instead of another bank branch.

Fountain House Gallery
I love seeing the incredible exhibitions Fountain House presents featuring artists living with mental illness. They’re constantly engaging with the community and bringing people together through art programs and thoughtfully curated shows.

Gershwin Theatre
The arts are the lifeblood of NY-12 and Hell’s Kitchen is home to so many incredible theaters, museums, dance studios, the list goes on. But, if I’m seeing a show, Gershwin Theatre is one of my favorite places to go.

Mr Biggs
The drinks are great, and their fried pickles are out of this world. On sunny days, I love hanging out with my dog. The staff is super friendly, making it such a wonderful place to chill and enjoy the vibes!

Rudy's
I am a beer-on-tap drinker. Rudy’s is wallet-friendly, unpretentious and welcoming to everyone. No attitude, no judgement. Easy to strike up a conversation. Rumored to have been a speakeasy. One of New York’s first liquor licenses. And the pig in front is iconic!
Nina Schwalbe
Amy's Bread
How can anyone resist Amy’s Bread for a sweet treat? Their carrot cake is hands down the best I’ve ever had in all of NYC!
Johnny de Triquet
Trader Joe's
TJ is my grocery boyfriend. The staff want to be there and they are so helpful. I love how generous they are, and they donate so much food. And even when I’m in a long line, I never wait long, and people are pretty pleasant. Good food, good prices, and they are very cheeky with their humor, which I love. I also adore that you can try a product, not like it, and they’re totally cool about it. They inspire variety, adventure, and I love how much food to donate to locate communities.
Lois Barth
Poseidon Bakery
Poseidon Greek Bakery has been doing the job of providing Hell's Kitchen with sweetness for the past 100 years. My favorite is the koulourakia, a delicious brittle and crispy cookie sprinkled with sesame seeds. I love indulging with a cup of strong espresso.
