They are fresh, made on premises, have a good toughish skin, soft on the inside (not too dense) and good variety of options. I prefer the whole wheat everything with Blue Hill Bay salmon. I like the I think one of the guys behind the counter has a crush on my wife, she always seems to get a few extras (more than i get)!
