The staff are friendly, even if they are crazy busy, have impatient customers, are understaffed, or not feeling their best. They greet you with a smile and always say a big "Thank you." The food is excellent and the portions are very generous.

Ollie’s is the most authentic Szechuan restaurant I’ve ever visited. Every time I eat at the lovely Hell’s Kitchen location, the food is fresh and unmatched in the neighborhood.

They make a great Mongolian beef. It’s delicious.

I always practice my Chinese there. Many of the servers come from different regions of China, so it's interesting to hear the regional differences of Mandarin.
