Trevor Chauvin-DeCaro
I’ve spent years trying to crack the code on health and fitness. There have been plenty of stepping stones along the way, but MFF is where things really clicked. I learned how to set goals I can actually reach, how to stay consistent, how to stop being intimidated by the gym, and how to not take it all so seriously. This place gave me a foundation I can actually build on — and reminded me how good it feels to show up for yourself.

Is there anyone left who doesn’t know about this magical place? So much more than a gym. Fitness pros often talk about the importance of ‘mindset’. But the kooks over at MFF are all about really and truly helping you develop that. I truly think it’s impossible to work out there and NOT come out feeling like a million bucks. It’s such a terrific and heart-affirming place. It’s the way we all wish gym class had been truly like when we were kids.

It's more than a gym, it's a community. It's the most fun you will ever have working out.
