Alfie's

This was my go-to bar even before I was an Hell's Kitchen resident. William and the team always take good care of us. I've had many parties and hangs there. And since I love sitting outside, the way the sun sets between the buildings, Alfie's gets the most sun of all the spots on 9th Avenue.

My husband and I love the craft beers along with the turkey burgers, sweet potato fries and fish and chips. Willie, the manager, is always so friendly.  We so enjoy sitting outside and watching the diversity that is Hell's Kitchen!

I love the energy in Alfie’s which is always buzzing with neighborhood locals. For a hearty brunch, I like to order the steak and eggs or the short rib hash. Both dishes are large and satisfying which is especially great after a morning work out session.

Alfie’s has a convivial vibe. The food is reliably good, and they carry one of my favorite beers on tap: Other Half Green City. And I love sitting outside on a nice day and watching people walk by on 9th Avenue.

I’m always in search of a super dimly lit bar, and Alfie’s is the one I’ve found in Hell’s Kitchen that always hits the spot at night with the ambiance. They have nice cocktails, a great beer and food menu (the charcuterie board is huge!), and is a great meeting place for a group or with a friend.

I love to come here for Happy Hour and American food. The staff is super friendly.

I’ve only ever come for brunch or lunch, but have always enjoyed it. I’ve had many solo dates here! Their buffalo chicken salad is so good. Love their high top tables outside.

This local bar is always a great staple to throw some back with friends. I can’t pinpoint it, but something about it reminds me of being in college.

Our dog’s name is Alfie so maybe it’s a little biased. But truthfully there is a really good spinach dip and a great beer selection.

It’s one of my favorite brunch places for its avocado toast.
