In the last year or so I have become really conscious of my food choices as I prioritize my health and wellness. Ceviche is a sleeper hit when it comes to macros. Kausa delivers delicious Peruvian food (including a variety of ceviches and tostones), wonderful staff, great outdoor seating and great value! Love this spot!

This authentic Peruvian joint has become my go-to recommendation for anyone who asks about the best food in NYC. The Aji De Gallina chicken dish is a sensational classic, along with the bombshell Salmon Costeno — and my personal favorite, the Parrillada meat platter, is the best bargain you’ll find in HK.

I hadn't ever had Peruvian until a friend of mine was playing a show at New World Stages and wanted to meet at Kausa. I was blown away by the flavors of this cuisine. Some of my favorites are Peruvian shrimp fried rice, the super tasty ceviche, and the pisco sours. Plus, they have one of the longest happy hours in Hell's Kitchen (noon-9pm)

Genuine Peruvian food with a bar if you wanna get happy. I love the Ají de gallina dish. It’s a delicious creamy chicken stew.

Some of our most beloved staff from another location moved over here and of course we had to try it! I’m a sucker for a maracuya sour, and Walter makes the best ones in Hell’s Kitchen! My hubby swears by the chicken and ceviche.

I've just discovered the new Peruvian restaurant on 9th Avenue. I had Sangria and different kinds of appetizers. Everything was good and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning!
