Fushimi Times Square

Anybody who knows me knows I love sushi. I love cooking it, but it’s not something I’ve really tried mastering because I love going out for it so much more. Natalie and I are big fans of Fushimi for its great ambience and interior design. The quality of the food easily rivals Nobu (although we still go here), and at a far better price point! You’ll often find us here after a matinee performance.

Fushimi is beautifully decorated, with excellent food presentation and flavorful dishes. The service is always prompt and courteous. It’s one of my favorite spots to grab dinner between shows.

Fushimi moved into the space that Hakkasan once occupied on 43rd Street. I wondered if it would live up to its predecessor, but it absolutely does! The Salmon Four Ways is so good. And now they offer a Pre-Fixe Lunch (11am-3:30pm M-F) for $21 with four courses.
