Sure, it is on the neighboring block next to the Port Authority Bus Terminal on 9th Ave. — that’s part of the charm. OK, that’s not true, there is nothing charming about this area but it is quintessential, nitty gritty, Hell’s Kitchen. And the ramen is outstanding. Sutamina Ramen is my favorite and my go-to but I’ve tried them all. I was very sad when they shut down during the pandemic but they are back! And just as good as ever.
