Though there are several locations throughout the city, this one is tops. From the outside you can’t tell how huge it is inside. When you go in though, just beyond the bar that makes the best Pisco cocktails, there’s a lower level dining room that’s just a party atmosphere. It feels high-end to me but very warm and friendly. You MUST have their chicken and their salchipapas.

When I come here I always get the sangria and yuca fries. I’ll come by and meet friends. Sometimes, we branch out into ceviche and other things that make good food splits. It’s a really fun and unassuming place.

Good Peruvian food. Ask for their Arroz Chaufa and green sauce to put on their chicken.

The green sauce and garlic sauces have changed recently (they might have switched to a more industrial process) but it’s still good and fun for feeding a larger group.
