St Kilda Coffee

Everyone here is always so happy! I don’t know what it is about this place, but everyone I’ve encountered working here is always so chill and friendly. Naturally, they do incredible third-wave, specialty coffee. If you’re not sure what you want, or what kind of coffee you’re in the mood for, the baristas are always happy to chat about what they’re brewing that particular day.

I LOVE the baristas (especially Molly), the owner Artie, the light roasted coffee and friends — human and canine — I have made there.

This is my dad’s favorite coffee spot — and he is OBSESSED with finding the perfect espresso so his praise is informed by tons of personally collected data. It’s such a cute spot and everyone who works there is so kind. I love their house-made coffee in a can! I always get one to put in the fridge for later!
