Cheeseboat

I love having this new Georgian restaurant right in the neighborhood. They have all kinds of delicious offerings, but their specialty is khachapuri – cheese-filled bread topped with an egg that’s just heavenly.

For my final selection I will go with Cheeseboat, which is as delicious as it sounds! It is food from Georgia, the country, not the state, and now that I’m writing about it, I am salivating for one.
