The bagels are large, warm, and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I like ordering online and bypassing the long lines by easily picking up the order at the to-go window.

Consistently AMAZING quality (and always FRESH) bagels. Smooth ordering system, and a staff that is always a delight to interact with when I get my morning (or sometimes afternoon) bagel fix. GREAT addition to the HK 'hood!

The bagels are by far the most delicious. They are soft and chewy on the inside, have a slight crisp on the outside and the flavor is excellent. They have whole wheat everything. If you’re lucky they will have bagels fresh out of the oven and you can eat it just like that. They are perfect!! The store has some logistical issues…not always clear where the line is, how customers should line up, some of the staff are a little slow. But all worth it considering how superior the bagels are!
